Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

EE Electricals ("the Company") agrees to perform the electrical services described in the estimate or work order. Any additional work discovered during the job will require a new estimate and client approval.

2. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed verbally or in writing.
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required for large projects or special-order parts.
  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable for parts sourced from 3rd party vendors.

3. Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide clear access to the work area, including moving personal belongings that may obstruct workers. The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

4. Limited Warranty

  • Labor: We provide 3 days warranty on labour for the specific repair performed.
  • Parts: Parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by "acts of God," customer misuse, or pre-existing wiring systems not serviced by the Company.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a dispatch/service fee.

6. Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing installations unless caused by the Company’s direct negligence.

7. Media and Location Disclosure

The Customer acknowledges that the company may take photographs or videos of the work performed. With the Customer's express permission, the Company may publish these images along with the service address (street name and/or number) for marketing, portfolio, and "local service" verification purposes.

  • Consent: By providing verbal or written consent at the time of service, the Customer agrees to the public disclosure of the property's location in connection with the project media.
  • Revocation: The Customer may request the removal of their address or photos from the Company's public platforms at any time by contacting or . The Company agrees to remove the requested data within 5-7 business days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory.
